Our project focuses on creating a seamless experience for both marathon organizers and participants. The core elements of this integrated platform include an efficient admin website and a user-friendly mobile application. The app enables organizers to manage the event, track participants' locations, automate sponsorship communications, utilize Facebook for event promotion, ensure email verification, showcase event pictures through a gallery, and offer insightful analytics. Moreover, a WhatsApp bot facilitates quick summarization of event-related messages.
The admin website serves as the nerve center for event organization. Organizers can manage participant registrations, track their locations in real-time during the marathon, and use automation to streamline sponsorship communications. Additionally, the website provides tools to automate event promotion through Facebook and email verification for registered participants. The integration of a comprehensive gallery and an analytics dashboard empowers organizers to assess the event's success.The mobile app, built using Flutter, ensures a seamless and engaging experience for marathon participants. It facilitates effortless registration, real-time location tracking during the marathon, and automated sponsor communications. Participants can relive the event through the integrated gallery, allowing them to view event pictures. Moreover, the app provides quick access to event analytics, fostering a sense of accomplishment.
