Challenges we ran into

1. Receipt Verification and Image Authentication

Challenge: One of the major hurdles we encountered was accurately verifying the receipts uploaded by users. Receipts vary greatly in format, and ensuring that each receipt was legitimate while preventing fraudulent claims was a complex task. Additionally, users needed to submit a "shop selfie," which added another layer of complexity to the verification process.

Solution: To solve this, we integrated AI & ML technologies to enhance the image verification process.

Challenge: Ensuring smooth and real-time transactions on the Aptos blockchain was a technical challenge. We needed to make sure that Magic Aptos tokens were distributed seamlessly without delays, and the entire system had to be secure and transparent.

3. User Onboarding Experience

Challenge: Making the platform easy for users, especially those new to blockchain and cryptocurrency, was a challenge. Many people are intimidated by new technologies, and we needed to make the user onboarding process as simple and intuitive as possible.
