Problem Statement :

Understanding medical lab results can be challenging for people who do not have a medical background. Medical laboratory reports are often filled with technical terms and abbreviations that may be unfamiliar to the average person. Additionally, the interpretation of the results may require a knowledge of medical conditions and the functions of various organs and body systems.
Also, Medical reports can sometimes be leaked to unauthorized individuals, which can compromise patient privacy and confidentiality. This highlights the need for better security measures to protect medical records from unauthorized access and use.

Our Solution :
Medical records are sensitive and confidential information that should only be accessed by authorized individuals. However, leaks of medical reports to unauthorized individuals can occur, compromising patient privacy and confidentiality. To address this issue, blockchain technology can be implemented using Ethereum, Solidity, and IPFS.

This system provides a secure and transparent solution for protecting medical records from unauthorized access and use. By using blockchain, medical records can be stored and shared securely, with each transaction being recorded and verified by multiple parties. This provides an immutable and transparent record of who accessed the medical record and when.

To address the next issues, an application could be created that would allow patients to upload their medical reports, prescriptions, and related information. The app could provide the following features:Medical Report: Patients can access their medical reports through the app, which will provide them with an explanation of the results, including the normal range and their specific results and this would be done with the help of Artificial Inteliigence and Machine Learning.

Challenges we ran into

Technicality Complexity
The project very complex to make, we encountered many issues when thinking of using the right technology.

Most of the packages are deprecated and no new packages have come up to replace them.

Integration of our Blockchain application with our AI/ML model was really difficult, but in the end we managed to somehow integrate it.

Finding, Good Datasets to access data or get some information from the data was really difficult to find, because this field is rarely touched by most developers due its complexity.
