Challenges we ran into

1. Find a Person, who shares a similar passion about Augmented Reality.

• Meeting people, meeting more people, meeting each other.

3. Find a something tiny, which is cool and we can produce under a day.
   • Lets make an AR Application, which shows something.
4. Play around with the Idea until its communicatable in one sentence, makes buisnesswise sense and feels cool.
   • Lets reach out to a Mentor and bounce Ideas against each other head until something feels good.
5. Set Up Unity and make one tiny transaction with it and follow the KISS Principle. (Keep it simple stupid)
   • Followed the Moralis Tutorial
6. Find technolgies which want to play around and searching for fitting Bounties.
   • Pinata, was a nobrainer, we do 3D and Frank is really familar with it.
   • Sway, sounds cool, its new. People are cool.
   • Chainsafe Unity SDK, explore more solution of connection to chains and understand diffrences and similarities in the .net eccosystem.
7. Contact Technical Supervisor for fitting Technoliges.
   • Asking our Mentor for helping to connect to cool technical Supervisors.
8. Get familar with Fuel. Get familar sway. Figure out how to build on it.
   • Joining their Lab on Friday. Sitting together with Mett and asking a lot of question and smashing a bunch of commands in the Terminal.
   • Drop the Idea of integration because of Time.
9. Get familar with chainsafe Unity SDK. Use it without breaking
   • Sitting togehter with Michael and asking a bunch of question. Figure out that it works with the WebGL Build but we deploy it on Android. Asking more question get it working and feel happy.
10. Make a 3D Model which is not crap.
    • Use Blender
11. Put a point on something.
    • Ok now its 3-4am, lets sleep. That was a nice day.
12. Wake up and prepare everything for 11am.
    • Writing this Text, Record a Video, Make it nice.
