The problem LoyaltyonChain solves

LoyaltyonChain is an innovative platform that combines the power of blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to revolutionize customer engagement for brands. By leveraging the unique features of NFTs and smart contracts, LoyaltyonChain offers a seamless and secure way for brands to reward their loyal customers while creating a more engaging and interactive shopping experience.

Flow of the Project

  1. Claiming Brand NFTs:

    • Users visit a physical store or the brand's Shopify online store and scan the QR code at the registration desk or on the website.
    • Scanning the QR code allows users to claim a brand NFT that contains loyalty points.
  2. Purchasing Products:

    • Each physical product in the store and each product listed on the Shopify store has a unique QR code.
    • Users scan the QR code to pay using Stripe.
    • Upon successful payment, the product NFT is purchased and linked to the brand NFT, facilitated by ERC-1155 and TokenBoundAccounts.
  3. Automated Raffles:

    • Brands can use on-chain interactions to conduct automated raffles for users using OwlProtocol and Zapier.
  4. Claim Brand NFTs
    Customers can scan a QR code at the registration table in a physical store or on the brand's Shopify online store to claim a brand NFT. This NFT serves as a digital loyalty token, containing valuable points that can be redeemed for rewards or used for future purchases.

  5. Purchase Products with Brand NFTs
    Each product in the physical store and on the Shopify store has a unique QR code. By scanning this code, customers can claim the product's NFT and purchase it using their brand NFT. This process is made possible through the integration of ERC-1155 tokens and TokenBoundAccounts, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction.

  6. Automated Raffles
    Brands can utilize the on-chain interactions generated by customers to conduct automated raffles using the OwlProtocol and Zapier. This feature allows brands to engage their customers.
