The problem Look4Book solves
People prefer buying used books as they are cheap and majorly solve the same purpose as compared to new books. It is difficult to locate nearby local vendors that buy and sell used books. Also, it is difficult for local vendors to find customers for the used books they receive from their locality. There is a need to build a robust application that provides a platform for us to locate the nearby vendors that sell the desired used book and the price they are offering. Also, we can find vendors that buy used books so that students can sell books that are of no use to them.
Challenges we ran into
Since we were not aware of backend technologies, hence we faced issues integrating our frontend with the backend. Then we all sat together, did some brain storming, saw a lot of tutorials and were successful in creating the database and integrating it with our design after a lot of failures. We also faced some minor issues in fetching data from the API's.
