The problem Lite OKEX bridge solves
For many game and NFT users, a single purchase rarely exceeds $25. Existing bridges are focused on large payments, which makes them redundant in terms of security and with a high entry threshold (from $30-50). The need to wait 20-30 minutes to transfer $2-5 raises the entry threshold for those who want to explore OKEX ecosystems
At the same time other ways to buy OKT also do not work for small amounts and the minimum purchase with the card starts at $50 and requires the passage of KYC.
Thanks to the Lite OKEX bridge, users will be able to transfer $2-5 from USDT on Polygon to OKT on OKEX in 1-2 minutes without commissions. This will allow them to access all projects on OKEX in one click. Thanks to the SDK, sites will be able to natively support this bridge and the user won't have to leave the site.
Challenges I ran into
The hardest part was to design a universal bridge simplex and implement smart contract, trading bots and sdk for oracles. We had to solve the problem of providing fast liquidity in a lot of tokens on different chains. We did this by adding traders who can execute local orders.
It was also difficult to intercept requests in Metamask to integrate the bridge to the dApp sites - we were able to implement it through an extension for Chrome
