LiskChat helps you use Web3 as easily as chatting.

The problem LiskChat solves

  • Web3 is too hard for normal users

Most people find wallets and DeFi dashboards confusing, so they avoid using Web3 at all. LiskChat lets them act just by chatting instead of learning complex UIs.

  • Unsafe experiences for beginners

New users often don’t know who controls their funds or what to do next, which makes Web3 feel risky. In LiskChat, the assistant guides users step‑by‑step, lets them ask questions if they’re confused, and still keeps all approvals in their own wallet, with no private keys ever stored.

  • Hard to teach and onboard new users

Explaining Web3 concepts in a classroom or community is difficult when everyone must install apps and connect wallets first. With LiskChat, a facilitator can onboard people by sharing a single chat bot, then walk them through real transactions step‑by‑step in the same conversation.

  • Too many tools just to test

Trying Web3 on testnets often requires installing wallets, finding faucets, and learning explorers before doing anything useful. LiskChat bundles this into a single chat experience, so users can test payments and NFT rewards on Lisk Sepolia without jumping between multiple tools.

Challenges we ran into

Problem: Voiceflow ↔ backend ↔ blockchain
When wiring Voiceflow to the backend, transaction calls often failed because variables like wallet address, amount, or NFT metadata were missing or in the wrong format, causing the blockchain transaction to be rejected.

Error messages from the backend were too raw or technical, which broke the conversational flow and confused users when a transfer or mint failed.

Solution: Clear actions and contracts
Defined strict backend actions such as SEND_IDRX and MINT_NFT with a fixed JSON schema (e.g. address, amount, tokenId/metadataUri, network), then mapped Voiceflow variables directly into those fields.

Standardized the backend responses into simple, human‑readable messages like “Your IDRX transfer is confirmed” or “NFT minted, here is your transaction link,” which Voiceflow could display without extra logic.

Result: Smooth on‑chain chat experience
After tightening this contract, minting NFTs and sending IDRX from chat became predictable: Voiceflow collects inputs, the backend validates and submits the transaction, and the user gets a clear success or failure message in the same conversation.

This turned what started as a fragile integration into a stable “chat‑to‑chain” experience suitable for submission.
