There is an IP problem where the AI model creators are taking content without proper compliance and compensation for IP use. We are providing a way for the model trainers to easily find the content, discover the content and their IP so they can properly compensate the content creators

Making AI training more transparent so that the model trainers can prevent the costly potential legal liability for IP infringement.

Challenges we ran into

Story Protocol’s on-site team provided focused and helpful guidance to help us achieve what we envisioned. It was an exciting effort and we were glad to be able to build on it. Story Protocol has a robust offering and it took some time to familiarize ourselves with Story Protocol’s concept, the smart contract suites and learn to integrate with our smart contracts. We had a learning curve and were able to pull through it with asking help from the dev team and staying up all night to complete the work.

Accomplishments that we're proud of:
We are excited about the potential to empower both the web3 and AI communities by allowing trackable and verifiable AI modelling training; and provide training data providers proper compensation. We are proud of being able to complete the MVP as a team and ship a working demo on both EVM and Near.

What we learned:
We learned about the exciting offering from Story Protocol, as well as BOS for frontend by NEAR. Working as a team to deploy the contracts and integrating the front end and backend in a short time window can be challenging and rewarding.
We learned that if we leverage the strength of the each team member and use the right resources, including documentation, online content, dev support on the ground and on discord, we can continue to learn and become better at this and be successful.
