The problem LifeLine solves

Problem:
Due to this negligence, the complete saline bottle may get fed to the patient’s body and if the needle is not removed instantly from patients body, then the blood may flow reverse in the saline due to pressure difference between empty saline bottle and blood pressure of the patient, which may cause death of the patient or creates critical situation.

No such device exists in the market, which solves the problem in real time.

Solution:
We propose idea of automatic monitoring and indication system for the electrolyte bottles in hospitals in REAL-TIME.

1. IoT Based device .

2. Base Principle : Sensor output changes when fluid level/weight is below certain limit.

3. Alerts the observer through display on mobile phone or web page.

4. Automatically stops the flow when saline bottle is empty

5. The nurse can start or stop the fluid, monitoring fluid condition after confirming their identity using a PIN.

Challenges we ran into

We fell in a lot hurdles while calibrating LoadCell , Pulse Sensor , connecting realtime Database to our Android App and website.
