In educational institutions, the traditional process of managing leave permissions often relies heavily on paper-based documentation, leading to inefficiencies, difficulties in tracking requests, and increased administrative workload. The existing methods are prone to errors, delays in approvals, and lack of transparency, making it challenging for both students and administrative staff to manage leave requests effectively.

To address these challenges, we propose the development of a Digital Leave Permission Management System. This web-based platform aims to streamline the leave request process, enabling students and administrative staff to manage permissions online, thereby significantly reducing paper usage and enhancing communication.
