AI Roadmap Personalization
Challenge: Generating structured, personalized learning paths based on different users' goals was complex.
Solution: We fine-tuned our Google Gemini API integration to dynamically adjust roadmaps based on user preferences and learning pace. -
Progress-Based Unlocking Mechanism
Challenge: Ensuring that users couldn’t access the next module without completing previous quizzes required careful backend logic.
Solution: We implemented state-based tracking in Firebase, linking content progression with quiz completion status. -
Chatbot Accuracy & Response Time
Challenge: The AI chatbot sometimes provided irrelevant or lengthy responses, affecting the user experience.
Solution: We optimized prompt engineering for the Gemini API and set response length limits to ensure clear, concise, and context-aware answers. -
Real-Time Community Chatrooms
Challenge: Maintaining real-time chat functionality with minimal lag while handling multiple users simultaneously.
Solution: We used Firebase Firestore for real-time database updates and implemented efficient data indexing to improve speed. -
UI/UX Consistency Across Devices
Challenge: Some UI elements behaved inconsistently on different screen sizes.
Solution: We built the frontend using Flutter for a responsive, cross-platform experience.
