The problem Lead-Her solves

Our website is dedicated to empowering women to become leaders in their communities, workplaces, and personal lives. Our mission is to break down barriers and create opportunities for women to thrive in leadership roles. We do this by offering a variety of networking opportunities and mentorship programs. We also provide a platform for women to share their stories, experiences, and insights with each other. Every women can find the best community here to be with each other.

Challenges we ran into

Design Challenge:

Understanding the diverse needs and perspectives of women and sustaining engagement: Women come from different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. It's important to make sure that the website content and design cater to their diverse needs and perspectives. It's important to create a website that engages and inspires women to take action, and to sustain that engagement over time. This can be achieved through regular updates, community engagement, and partnerships with other organizations.

Technical Challenge:

We were faced with git conflicts due to continuous contributions made by our team members.
We faced problems creating the backend database of the project in a short period of time.
