• Proof of Experience (PoX): By scanning a QR code at verified locations, users earn a unique NFT as proof that they’ve been there — like a digital badge, but ownable and tradable.

• Global Travel Challenge: It encourages people to explore more destinations, building a collection of NFTs that reflect their real-life adventures.

• Gamified Travel: Users are rewarded for completing journeys, unlocking seasonal NFTs, competing with friends, and earning recognition.

• Unified Travel Identity: All trips, hikes, and adventures are stored on-chain and in a user’s profile — creating a lifetime travel journal that can’t be deleted or lost.

Challenges I ran into

Limited Time to Build
One of the biggest challenges was the short timeframe to bring the project to life. As a solo developer balancing everything — from writing smart contracts to building the frontend — time constraints made it difficult to polish all features or explore advanced integrations.
