It prevents the biggest problems based with real estate, that is selling of the same land to multiple people, selling of mortgaged land and fraudulent transactions with fictitious buyers, sellers or land. The people shall be given a unique id, that shall be their aadhar number that will be linked with the system. Registrations shall be done of the land that is sold or mortgaged by both the parties involved and this after being verified and accepted by the Registrar, shall be added to the block chain of transactions. These transactions can hence be traced back to see all the data about the land.
