The problem Land Registery solves

This project is an application of the Land Registration System.

India is a country where 91% of its area is covered by land, making land the most valued asset of any individual in India. Current land registration & verification systems include an increasing number of fraud cases and loss of paperwork and court cases due to thousands of land records to maintain.

Some issues in maintaining land records are space constraints, fraud in the Land Registry, poor maintenance of land records, and lack of single window title verification and investigation system.

Maintaining a country registry of land ownership is not only expensive, and also a labor-intensive operation. So the aim behind building this project is to make the process of land registration flexible and decreases issues in maintaining land records.

Challenges I ran into

Being completely new to blockchain technology I learned a lot during this project completion. With no prior experience, the Major challenge is figuring out how can I integrate smart contracts with the front end, Connecting the app to the meta mask wallet, registration process, transferring ownership, and sending and receiving transactions were other huge challenges.
