The problem 3Lance solves

Currently, all freelancing platforms require a lot of KYC and keep your reputation locked onto their platform. Needless to say, they are also THE middleman to screw you over when a client doesn't pay or a freelancer doesn't deliver. With 3Lance, all payments are facilitated on-chain and done through the Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS). The EAS allows for decentralized attestation to be made about reputation, payments, and anything you could attest to.

The Freelancer only gets payed when the client is completely satisfied, else on any dispute, the client is fully refunded using a resolver contract. Most importantly, the reputation, for both clients & freelancers, is transferrable to any Dapp that supports EAS. It's seamless to implement and platform agnostic.

Challenges I ran into

Time. I wanted to implement Biconomy sponsored transactions, got it "working" but had some config issue somewhere and ran out of time.
