The problem La Blocka Base Episode solves
"La Blocka" cartoon simplifies complex blockchain concepts, making them accessible and entertaining. The cartoon episodes will help demystify the Base chain and its ecosystem, educating users through engaging animated content. By minting episodes as NFTs and providing free mint options, it promotes broader participation and understanding in the blockchain space. Interactive frames on Farcaster further enhance learning while POAPs and GIFs engage the community. This project makes blockchain education easier, more engaging and widely accessible.
Challenges we ran into
A significant challenge has been maintaining animation consistency while capturing the essence of memes, archetypes, and narratives surrounding the Base ecosystem and Web3 culture.
As non-coders, our team faced difficulties conceptualizing use cases for smart contracts. Consequently, we've limited our usage to the standard NFT creation tools provided by Zora. We hope in the future to be able to use more onchain tools to offer new ideas for the user experience.
