- Property Investment Liquidity: Properties are typically illiquid assets. By tokenizing properties, investors can easily buy and sell property tokens, increasing liquidity.
- Portfolio Diversification: Investors can diversify their portfolios by investing in multiple properties without needing to buy entire properties, reducing risk.
- Asset Management: Simplifies the management and maintenance of property assets and automates the distribution of rental income via blockchain and smart contracts.
- Transparency and Security: Blockchain provides full transparency in transactions and asset ownership, ensuring data and transaction security through cryptographic technology.
