This is a problem related to my own college that the water coolers tend to go out of maintenence with time and thus the tds of water goes real up, this causes the water to unfit for human consumption and due to this delay in identification the problem that could have been solved much efficiently will take both more time and money. Same can be said for the home RO's
Our minitature model of tds sensor allow the user to constantly monitor the TDS level of water so that any such situation can be dealt with in advance
How? : by simply using an esp module connected with a simple TDS sensor that continuously measure the tds value and uploads it on the database that can be monitored via a mobile or web app
in phase 2 we are planning to have this miniaturised and add 2 leds that can serve for both domestic as well as organisational level
Most important problem we ran into was the API connectivity and sending the data from Esp module to cloud or database. We first off decided to go on with Blynk IoT but after facing bugs we decided to move with Firebase realtime database
