"Know_the_Hack" simplifies this process by providing a comprehensive FAQ that covers all of these important details in one place, making it easy for students to stay informed and make informed decisions about which hackathons they would like to participate in. Additionally, the bot's user-friendly registration process streamlines the process of participating in a hackathon, removing the barriers and difficulties that can sometimes arise when attempting to register for these events.
Challenges we ran into
While the development of "Know_the_Hack" was relatively straightforward, the deployment and hosting phase presented some challenges. As a team, we were relatively new to these processes and encountered some difficulties. However, we were determined to overcome these challenges and, through hard work and persistence, were able to successfully deploy the bot on Replit after eliminating any bugs. This was a significant accomplishment and demonstrated our commitment to delivering a high-quality, user-friendly bot that meets the needs of college students who are passionate about coding and hackathons.
