Reaching Health to you

The problem JustHealth solves

:JustHealth solves multiple problems that exist in the health system today. The main aim of the website was to convert the entire hospital and patient connection including check-ups, referring medicines, guiding the patients to overcome the disease, and making medical reports into a virtual space enabling quicker reports, better efficiency, and also enabling the patients to go through ML and AI technologies to make sure that they don't miss out on a disease. But we also ended up adding features like a chatbot for mental health when you wish to talk to no one but someone, a forum where people affected by the same diseases can interact, a space where people can communicate with psychologists for free during these difficult times, a mental health state calculator. We also would add a big-data analyzer making the hospital not only get financial advantages but also diagnose a patient's disease before he becomes one, forecast pandemics and outbreaks, and solve deeper problems.

The problems:

) Inexistence of better doctors in rural areas to diagnose and save
) Lack of better communication between patients and doctors
) Hospitals could be then just used for treatment. Diagnosis and initial treatment is better at homes
) Degradation of mental health in people.
) Degradation of mental states of patients as they develop an 'I am alone' attitude
) Lack of detailed reports of a patient
) Missing out to connect disease symptoms with a particular disease by a doctor causes harm to the patient
) Lack of technological analysis of patients'condition as images to diagnose diseases like cancer and check bodily symptoms often left to the human eye
) Lack of connection of people to psychologists
) Lack of ML and AI for OVERALL treatment of patients
) As the population increases and pandemics get more common, this is the way forward
) Better state of condition for patients as they can get checked up every week without having to go to hospitals among their busy schedules, laziness

Challenges we ran into

All the members of the team worked on their own work assigned to them. As far as I, the one who coordinated the team and the frontend developer was concerned, the un-technological 'bug' was to make the team work passionately and not drop in between. Two of our members had dropped the team and we had to get replacements desperately. Also the hackathon being conducted virtually it is difficult to make everyone meet at the right and same times with their busy school and schedule.

As far as a technological bug is concerned, we had gone to do advanced react (something quite new for me) in the beginning and had almost completed the website but due to the lack of liking of the UI to a member, we had to change that.
