Challenges We Ran Into While Building JobHub
Developing an Accurate AI Resume Analyzer – Ensuring the AI correctly evaluates resumes and provides meaningful suggestions was challenging. We had to fine-tune models to detect strengths, weaknesses, and optimization areas.
Creating a Realistic Mock Interview System – Implementing an AI-driven interview feature required training it to analyze responses, tone, and structure while providing constructive feedback. Balancing realism and accuracy was a major hurdle.
Smart Job Matching Algorithm – Building an effective job recommendation system required designing an algorithm that accurately maps job seeker skills with employer requirements. Fine-tuning it for relevance was time-consuming.
Ensuring Scalability & Performance – Handling multiple job applications, resume analyses, and real-time interactions required optimizing backend performance and database efficiency.
