The problem JobFinder App solves
Equal chance for all. This is a job finder app which helps a person from the places where its is difficult for the people to find (i.e for the Rural Area people)jobs suitable to their needs based on their skills. Anyone in need of work can find and connect with people to provide them livelihood and income for their sustainance. It provides all sorts of employment starting from the job of a waiter,plumber,handyman to the job of a coder. They can select the location where to work and start working there.The people lost their jobs during the COVID-19 and went to their home town this help provides a platform to find a job from a small position to the high Company requirements. Our goal is to provide employment to all types of people and help in the growth of individual to build a strong Nation.The majority of middle class and below them have lost there jobs in this pandemic situation . So, through this app they can find a way to get back a good life.
a. Our app helps all those in need of employment. It saves the time of visiting different places and searching for work, instead give them all the options at the touch of a click.
b. We are 2 members in this team.
Member1- Did all the basic setup, styling and frontend of the app, along with documentation
member2:-Did all the connections and technicality of the app, brainstorming of what goes where.
Challenges we ran into
The most difficult part was the coordination and time management. We took so much time in the beginning for deciding the topic, less time was then left for work. Eventually, after some hours of coding, we were able to commit changes to a common GitHub repository. The app helps the people to connect with their employers and know their requirements to be able to work with them.The system design we used to make the app is very simple. We are providing the User the simplest way to find a job in the local area The app has authentication for securing details of the user .
No, the project was not made before by use, yes but this type of project has been made by some companies. Although ours is not a company or job-specific app, we focus on all the types of possible jobs with vacancies.
