The problem JobDone solves
We're building an application which connects customers and workers from different sectors such as electronic services, carpentry, home painting, tutoring, pest controlling, RO Service, Housekeeper, etc.
For customers, the application can make it easier to find reliable and skilled workers in their area who can provide these services. It can save them time and effort by allowing them to search and book appointments online, rather than having to call around or search for service providers manually.
For workers, the application can provide a platform to find new clients and grow their businesses. It can also make it easier for them to manage their schedules and appointments, and potentially reach a wider customer base than they would be able to through traditional marketing methods.
Overall, the application has the potential to improve the convenience and efficiency of finding and accessing services related to electronic device repair, grooming, pest controlling and other home services for both customers and workers.
Challenges we ran into
One common issue is bugs, which are mistakes in the code that can cause the program to behave unexpectedly or crash. To fix a bug, we had used debugging tools to identify the source of the problem and then modify the code to correct it.
Another common issue was performance bottlenecks, which occur when a program becomes slowed down due to inefficiencies in the code. To improve performance, we optimized the code by refactoring it to run more efficiently or by using different algorithms.
We also faced challenges related to compatibilities, such as when a program is not compatible with certain operating systems or devices. In these cases, developers may need to modify the code to ensure compatibility or to use workarounds to enable the program to run on the desired platforms.
Finally, we encountered hurdles related to project management, such as setting unrealistic deadlines, not properly estimating the scope of the project, or not properly communicating with team members. To overcome these types of hurdles, we used project management tools and techniques to plan and organize their work more effectively.
