The problem JAN SANJIVANI solves

Users just have to register on our web application to get all the benefits of our application. As for now there is no such kind of integrated plateform exist which provide user specific notification experience for almost all frontline govt departments like education, Healthcare etc. on a single go. Jan Sanjivni also provide the facility to submit the issues of the user just by filling a single form and rest is taken care by our web app.
In a nutshell, our web app solve the problem of the "government" to reach the beneficiaries to provide them information of the govt schemes for thier upliftman and welfare. And on the other hand it help the beneficiaries to not roaming here and there for getting the updates of the govt schemes and not miss a single chance for their development.
My giving the feature of "isssue submission", we enable the beneficiaries to connect with respective govt department portal to submit the problem they are really facing and govt able to know the feedback of their schemes

Challenges we ran into

1. The first challenge we are facing while building our web app is that for getting regular updates and notifications from different govt departments, we need their api's to be intergrated with our plateform. Fortunately, by researching a lot we get some of them which are outsourced by the govt and we intergrated them with our plateform.
2. Second challege is that for submit the issues of the beneficiaries to respective govt department we need to follow the pipeline setup by respective govt department. Our research is ongoing on this topic to resolve the beneficiaries issues as soon as possible.
