Challenges we ran into

One of the primary hurdles in iReserve's early development was the challenge of defining a feasible project scope in the absence of concrete parking partnerships and system integrations. Instead of proceeding with full development, we took a step back to realistically assess our resources and timeline. This led to a deliberate decision to implement a phased strategy. We first focused on building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that simulated the core user experience through mock data. Concurrently, we initiated detailed research into the parking ecosystem in key areas like Makati and designed a backend with flexible integration capabilities. This proactive adjustment not only mitigated early development risks but also established a more strategic and adaptable roadmap, enhancing iReserve's viability and attractiveness to investors.
