The problem IOT Based Smart Stand For Android solves

It is a hardware based phone stand + andoird application to help you concentrate/focus while doing any work/study.It helps in increasing productivity.Encourages habit building.You can keep track of your work sessions through the app to have a good idea of your progress.

Challenges we ran into

• First challenge was with the app development phase, as we started working on the app, we faced a lot of issues when it comes to cloud integration.
• After figuring that out,the next issue was to make the hardware competent to send data to the firebase cloudstore.
• Fetching the documents from the cloud into the stand was a big challenge.
• Also configuring the hardware OLED display was a mountain of a task as it was a tedious task of drawing every individual pixel on the display.
• I think these were few of our major challenges along with maintaining the repo,task management and keeping good team morale throughout the hackathon.
