During development, we faced multiple challenges including integrating OAuth for secure authentication, improving OCR accuracy for reliable data extraction, and ensuring consistent results across different invoice formats. Deployment on AWS was also tricky due to API compatibility issues, SSL certification setup, and protocol updates, which required careful debugging and configuration.
