The problem Investment Advisor Pro solves
Many investors struggle with making informed investment decisions. While traditional financial advisory services exist, they often lack personalization or real-time market data. Our app bridges this gap by combining a user’s personal financial situation (e.g., income, risk tolerance) with real-time market data to generate tailored investment strategies.
Investors no longer need to rely on generic advice or outdated information. This app empowers users by offering personalized, data-driven investment recommendations, making investing more accessible and transparent.
Challenges I ran into
Real-time Data Integration:
One of the biggest challenges I faced was fetching real-time data from the Lyzr API, especially when dealing with different data formats and ensuring that all data points (e.g., stock prices, trends) were consistent. The data retrieval process needed to be efficient and fast to provide users with up-to-date market information.
Solution: I used requests to fetch data asynchronously, which improved the efficiency of the app, and tested various error handling mechanisms to account for API downtime or incorrect responses.
