The problem INTROSPECT- create your own choices solves

1. Making people follow their own choices:
   When people follow their own career field in which they are actually interested in, then they become more proficient in their career and can achieve happiness for at least following their dream, not just society's dreams.

2. Reducing unemployment:
   When people follow their own stream they know how they can earn in their field and not have unemployment.

3. Diversifying the career options:
   When people follow their passion then they create new career ideas which obviously help in creating new job opportunities. Same kind of career option for our country ,which has more than 50% of its population below the age 25 is not a good thing to exist. As we have cultural diversity , we should also become diverse in career options.

4. Development of India too the fullest:
   When people follow their own choices they tend to perform better in their field because they want to become the best that they can be and this tendency to be the best makes them very efficient in their field which will directly affect their growth in the field and this growth that they reach will obviously in turn make india become a more and better developed country.

Challenges we ran into

we are still ideating on our project so we just have the skeleton of the project ready.We are still exploring about how to make the project and are just submittimg our idea for the project and have not done the coding part yet so we did not interact with the coding part.
