The problem Interview Flow solves

Interview Flow helps reporters and surveyors process quantitative interviews with easy. Interview process can often be cumbersome, especially when performed IRL. As an Interviewer, one often needs to:

1. Take notes during the interview or record to review later
2. Parse and edit content
3. Share drafts with Subjects to ensure accuracy of information
4. Reassure Subjects that content won't be modified after the final review
5. Take Subjects' contact information and reward them afterward

User Interaction and Data Flow

Interviewer wears OMI AI open source warable to capture all interviews on the go.

To start recording an interview, Interviewer will ask Subject for consent: "Do you agree to be interviewed?"
To finish, Interviewer will say: "Thank you. The interview is done", or simply leave the conversation.

All interviews are parsed automatically and appear on the dashboard as "unverified". Subjects may scan a QR code on the interview page, log in with their wallet, and verify or deny the validity of the interview.

Finally, if Interviewer has setup a reward mechanism, Subject gets automatically rewarded by the Interview Agent if the content has passed the quality review. (Agent not implemented - TBD!)

The project architecture and development process

OMI AI listens to all conversations form the Interviewer.
When an interview trigger appears, Interview Flow starts parsing the content, until the interview is finalized.

The summary is processed by n8n workflows, and shipped into Airtable, from which is pulled by our Dashboard. A unique QR code is generated for each interview, allowing Subjects to easily open the interview article draft with their phone, to verify or reject the content.

Subjects log in with their web3 wallet to verify their interview.

TBD: AI Agent verifies the quality of the interview and automatically rewards Subject with ETH on Base if it passed the threshold.

Solving several real connected problems within the flow or qualitative interview subjects, using AI and web3 tech. I'm unaware of similar integrations.

Trade-offs and shortcuts while building

MVP version! TBD:

• Save interviews onchain after verification
• Interviewer can fund their wallet and set rules for rewards (by interview quality, individually or comparative to other interviews)
• AI Agent to automatically reward Subjects whose articles passed the quality threshold
• Allow AI-led qualitative interviews at scale
• Improve AI and landing page to communicate UVP for target audience
