The problem INTELLIHIRE solves

  1. Job Search Efficiency: a platform that is easy to use and compiles job ads from multiple sources so that people can browse them , 2. bridge this gap by expanding the reach of job listings , 3. Lack of Customization: Many job seekers struggle to find jobs that align with their specific requirements , 4. Skill Enhancement and Training: Another common problem is the lack of skills or qualifications required for certain job opportunities.

Challenges we ran into

  1. Dataset collection as we had limited resources in the internet based on our project
  2. User Engagement and Retention: Building user engagement and retention is crucial for the success of a job seeker project.
  3. Job Matching and Relevance: Matching job seekers with relevant job opportunities is a complex task. It requires understanding the user's skills and accurately analyzing job descriptions and requirements.
