"Insur Mate" is a chatbot/VA provides assistance to Users in finding their perfect insurance and collect KYC details via form. This is an Automated insurance humanoid enabling voice and typing modes. Integrated temporarily in policy bazaar. Details can be found in video and screenshots.
OUT-OF-SCOPE elements for your solution include:
- Full Insurance Policy Management: Handling tasks like policy underwriting or issuing insurance policies isn't part of the solution.
- Claims Processing: The actual processing and approval of claims fall outside the solution's focus.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring full regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions is beyond the scope.
- Sales and Marketing: Promoting or selling insurance policies is not included in the solution.
IN-SCOPE elements include:

Challenges we ran into
Our goal was to link policybazaar API directly and get data . Due to restrictions of policy bazaar we couldn't accees data directly to query . Alternatively we used intents of dialogflow with GCP free trail to provide policy details.
Secondly we are unable to get API's of sheets directly so we used sheetdb tools to generate API's .Google sheet to store form details.
Other than this 2 major challenges we faced ample of mini challenges like logic issues and all we fixed it as efficiently as possible.
