The problem InOffice Pay | UPI For Businesses solves

InOffice Pay, we are bridging gaps & eliminating the reimbursement layer with digital contactless payments.

The existing solution focusing on a large organization and primarily focused on reimbursements only. But a lot of small businesses are doing the same legacy reimbursement since either they don't use any ERP solution or rely on their manual process.

Majority of small business don't use any expense management platform since either those are too much complex or not friendly as per their usages.

We are trying to change this by eliminating the reimbursement layer where businesses can do the following things to free themselves from manual, costly efforts with automation with shared bank account contactless payments using UPI ecosystem with RazorPayX.

Challenges we ran into

Syncing everything with RazorpayX and our Mobile & Backend platform with proper authentication and authorization was one of the major issues we have encountered while developing this application.

Hence we created a small NodeJS back Razorpay API layer and linked it with our Backend server to travel all RazorpayX API request from our backend rather than sending a direct request from Mobile.

It helped us to secure and protect our Razorpay keys and direct access. Many time our project stopped working and we had spent so many hours while fixing the structure. But with a clean Architecture and draw.io design, it really helped us to solve everything in a proper way.
