The problem Infuse-AI solves

In today’s competitive environment, applying for a job, screening for job is a hectic task. It is difficult task for both recruiters and job seekers. Recruiters may fail to recognize talented personnel and also maybe hectic to handle multiple talents at a time. So, an automated system that can filter out the job-seekers may help to tackle this very problem.
Also, a traditional system of hiring costs a lot of time and money. On average it costs about 4,000 dollars to hire a person. Also for time constraints it takes 30.7 days to hire and 60.5 days to fill a employee.
Thus, Infuse-AI is an AI driven automated filtering system that filters the right and talented candidates so that it decreases workload for Hiring Department. The system also aims to give some insights about job-seekers to recruiters.

Challenges we ran into

The challenges we ran into was to use a heavy model like whisper. For this we used a simple and quick base model of whisper. The another problem we ran into was to run text to speech and speech to text that used completely different dependencies at the same time. For this we built different flask based api to integrate and communicate with django.
