The problem Ikshana solves

Citizens need more control and transparency over how they are governed .

1. N number of concerns
   On an average , an indian citizen encounters a lot of governance concerns .
2. Lack of awareness
   citizens of our country are unaware of where to raise these concerns and from which authority they can get the solution for their specific concern or problem.
3. Real-time communication
   Citizens can't communicate their real time concerns to the governmental authorities .

Challenges we ran into

1. Duration
   Avoiding unrealistic timelines and making viable schedules with status updates at each step

2. Partnerships with Departments
   Bringing departments together , by Top authority and dedicated teams under them

3. Involving the higher authorities
   Implementing the project at a lower level at the initial stages . identifying the challenges at that level and proceeding at higher levels with a better rapport and working structure .
