citizens of our country are unaware of where to raise these concerns and from which authority they can get the solution for their specific concern or problem. - Real-time communication
Citizens can't communicate their real time concerns to the governmental authorities .

Avoiding unrealistic timelines and making viable schedules with status updates at each step -
Partnerships with Departments
Bringing departments together , by Top authority and dedicated teams under them -
Involving the higher authorities
Implementing the project at a lower level at the initial stages . identifying the challenges at that level and proceeding at higher levels with a better rapport and working structure .
