The problem Faculty Feedback Bot : 'Ren' solves

Ren is an interactive survey bot. It can be used to make surveys more interactive and fun, which increases user engagement, improves his/her's experience, and encourages more users to give the survey. It makes storing the relevant data easier, as the feedback you give is arranged properly so that the person taking the survey can access it easily. While a person might lose interest in a survey made in a form format, chatbots are intriguing, charming and feel more personal.

Challenges I ran into

I had no idea how to link google sheets to the bot, and had skated over the step while making the bot. After some research and crying, I managed to modify the entire stack.
There were errors when my landbot crashed, and I lost significant amounts of progress, messed up my google sheet multiple of times, and some of my messages in the stack. I had to remake them from scratch. (sobbing intensifies)
