Challenges we ran into

1. Efficient Database Integration:
   Ensuring MongoDB handled large volumes of meeting text data efficiently was a challenge, especially with concurrent user interactions.
   Solution: Optimized database queries and indexing to ensure fast data retrieval.
2. AI Query Contextualization:
   Converting unstructured text into meaningful responses for user queries posed integration challenges with APIs, as some responses lacked specificity.
3. Voice Query System:
   Integrating voice query system while maintaining seamless interactions with our database was complex.

Additional Features

We:

• Added contextual query processing using AI, enabling highly relevant and specific answers to user questions.
• Enhanced the UI/UX of the Chrome extension for easy activation and a streamlined data capture process.
