The problem HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM solves
Our website helps tackle the conventional database based websites for hospital management where data is displayed in tabular records in a very simple format
New users often find it hard to use such websites due to it’s complexity and no timely help
Fixed UI with zero tolerance for any immediate changes
Most of them are using PHP versions older than PHP 7 which are relatively outdated and face the problem of backwards compatibility in latest systems
Data base is Localhost hence Admin or staff cannot access it from home
Objectives: To design a hospital database management system that performs the following functions –
Login Page for individual logins by staff and admin
- Dashboard with patient data, bed availability and ventilator availability
- Individual patient search with patient data displayed for every day
- Advanced Chatbot to assist the hospital management in easier accessibility
Challenges I ran into
Linking the databse to the website was a major challenege and linking the wearable device to the database to get real time data was a hectic task
PCB design was time consuming as we did the etching at our homes
To make the device wearable and portable designing a pcb from scratch that is placing the sensors directly instead of boards was time consuming
