People can use Project Histoury to learn about Nepalese history in a way that actually feels fun and engaging. Instead of just reading from textbooks or memorizing facts, users can explore stories, play history-based games, and even experience 3D models of historical sites. It makes learning easier to absorb and more enjoyable especially for students. Teachers can also use it to make lessons more interactive. Overall, it turns history into something you experience, not just study.
We ran into quite a few challenges while building Project Histoury. The trickiest part was definitely integrating AR features, we had to figure out how to keep the experience smooth and realistic without making the app too heavy for mobile devices. On top of that, getting the puzzle to split the image correctly took a lot of trial and error. Flutter UI and state management also gave us a few headaches, especially when handling navigation across different parts of the app. Making sure everything looked clean, worked smoothly, and stayed lightweight was a real balancing act , but it taught us a lot.
