The typical process of hiring is very time consuming and costs a lot of money. With the help of referrals, hiring can be much faster and easier along with reduction in cost per hire and a better chance of getting hired.
We at HireSmart aim to accelerate the process of hiring by helping the recruiters to find a perfect match by identifying a list of suitable profiles relevant to job role(s).

Challenges we ran into

Some websites have Anti-scraping policies like Linkedin.
Also, we faced some problems while sorting the profiles based on the skills required by the recruiter. It required us to navigate through many profiles to collect and sort the data.
