We present to you HireLance, a hiring cum freelance website that aims at providing best potential work to every user.
Our basic model consists of taking skill or proficiency tests for skills mentioned by the user, this test will be curated with the data of top companies making sure to make it at par with original tech round of an interview. We also aim to incorporate AI for proctoring in future to prevent any instances of unfair means.
After giving the test our website will assign a credit score to the user and ask them to put a price they want the hirer to know before official negotiation.
We also have freelance page with a chat box for direct project negotiation.
Our main advantage to the user is better reach and transparability and eliminating the technical interview for the company.
