The problem HireBids solves

The problem is basically users not able to find good workers for blue collar jobs and also if youre not able to find good white collar work personnels. This web app solves this issue as it has a bidding system by the workers/ job seekers for the opened ticket by the user and the user at the end can select the job seeker matching the best for his work. The job seekers have ratings and reviews assosciated with them which helps the user to get to know how much people liked his work and the user can choose appropriately

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge we ran into was how to make this app useful as the question was arising as to why would anybody use our app right? But we came up with a great solution to give the user some rewards if he registers with us and also if he gets some work done or hires personeels from our application. This points can be later redeemed for vouchers as well as goodies!!
