The problem Here4U solves

Most people even after being serious victims of assaults, harassment and abuse don't come forward to seek help or share their problems because of either their predator getting to know about it and aggravating the torture or fear of loss of reputation and being a disgrace to the family. Here4U solves this problem by keeping its users anonymous while letting them share and express themselves. Users can state their issues which they can choose if they want it to be public or not. A board of verified learned professionals would provide the help required like if the user seeks legal or mental help then the concerned professional can take up the matter and advice and discuss the issue with the user. The verified professionals would be people from all professions like medicine, judiciary, social activists, psychiatrists, etc. This way it will help the victims liberate themselves, open up, share their issue and solve and get out of it. They can choose what step they want to take that is if they just want some mental support or want to take some legal action or something else and our experts would guide and counsel them accordingly( Please note that no material help would be provided to them that is only a pathway, advice, counseling, and suggestions would be given to the user and it finally rests upon the user's discretion about what they want to do). They can also share their past or present experiences or just some motivating words on the common platform where everyone can inspire, support, and motivate each other. The app mainly aims at helping rural women who often keep silent and are even unaware of their rights, but is not restricted to them. The app is for those who are facing similar issues and are also hesitant to share it publicly.

Challenges we ran into

The main problem that we ran into was to make 2 apps, one for the common users and one for the verified professional on our platform but could only make one that is the common users one. Implementing the chat feature and the common dashboard was also a problem but after hours of debugging and StackOverflow scanning, finally, we could implement the dashboard but not the chat screen as one of my teammates backed out and I had to do everything alone. There is a lot that we want to put into this app and will definitely even after this event.
