The problem Helping Hearts solves

1. Many a times in emergency situations, we are alone and the people who try to help us have very little to no knowledge about our help and problems.

2. Doctor requires basic knowledge about a person before they can operate/treat the patient, which the patients cannot provide immediately.

3. Sometimes one ends up losing/misplacing his/her important prescriptions or documents.

4. Also, one can forget them at their home or in another city.

Challenges we ran into

1. Database Management:- We could not fully figure out to manage and store the database of the clients that may use our service. It required pre requisite knowledge of HTML, CSS (which we had) and PHP, JavaScript (which we did not have).

2. JavaScript:- We also could not fully understand and master JavaScript within the 24 hours that were allotted to us and hence were unable to form a fully functional backend for our website.

3. Safety of Data:- As we are unfamiliar with how to properly secure our website; we only know what steps we should take but not how to take them / implement our ideas. So we could not give concrete safety to the users and their data.

4. Connecting our Code:- Though we were able to connect and make our website work through CSS and HTML, we could not link the basic JavaScript we had written and hence had to abandon that plan due to the time constraint we had and hence leaving our site without a proper / fully functional backend.
