This website can solve the problem for students in college, Students can give the grievance form to the counter but this form is not reached at the admin office most of the time so by using this website students can directly send their grievance form to the admin section so that admin can directly take action on the basis of form. So that problem will be solved under the admin, it is also useful for a multinational company like from one country employee can send the grievance to the other countries admin.
