Foreigners often face barriers to vaccine access, exacerbating public health risks, and the verification of foreign vaccinations is complicated by varying international standards. Addressing these issues requires adopting global standards, improving digital infrastructure, and ensuring equitable access and verification processes, with blockchain technology offering a potential solution for secure and standardized record management.
