The problem HealthCare Management System solves

Health Care is an important part of any individual. There is multiples paperwork that also plays an important role. Managing such paperwork and its verification is a hectic problem for the user as well as Hospitals of any medical entities. Also verification like Birth Certificates and Covid Certificates are some of the examples required to verify multiple times by the users causing a lot of trouble.
To avoid such problems, I create a Health Care Management System. With Blockchain Technology, We allocate any type of certificate to the user and can easily be verified by any entity to check the authenticity. Also with the help of SBT (Soul Bound Tokens) as NFTs, the certificates are completely secure, Mutuable and non-tradable. So once the certificates or document is allocated to the user/patient it will always be linked to it. Also, the issued date is also mentioned at the time of certification creation, So this makes the verification process much easier and smooth.
