    • Solution: Combined GPT-4 with a curated medical knowledge base and rule-based mapping from symptoms to specialties.

  2. Real-time Queue & Clinic Data

    • Challenge: Many smaller clinics had no digital system to track queues.
    • Solution: Built a lightweight clinic dashboard that digitizes queues and auto-updates patient apps.

  3. WhatsApp Business API Integration

    • Challenge: Automating personalized reminders within WhatsApp’s strict compliance rules.
    • Solution: Used approved WhatsApp templates and structured message flows for compliance and personalization.

  4. Balancing Patient Privacy & Convenience

    • Challenge: Handling sensitive health data while enabling seamless communication.
